Katherine,
I have used the OPI brush and I liked it also..but then I bought the brush set
from STAR... talk to Lorraine from manicuresthatlast..she sells them...
The gel brush makes applying the gel so smooth and easy... and I believe you
get like 6 different brush heads... and it is full sized...

I had lifting problems wit my gel polish until I got the OPI gel polish brush.
It is real small and forces me to apply the gel much thinner.

One of the things on my shopping list for IBS Las Vegas is a find polish brush
that is the same size as the OPI brush but with a full size handle. The OPI
brush handle is half the length of a regular brush handle and it drives me nuts.

I love the bristle size, hate the handle length and with. Too skinny and too
short of a handle.

Anyone know of a gel brush that matches that description?

Roxanne, if you are using a 4 bulb lamp - 4 - 9w lights thegel polish should
cure fine. One thing I have found is that people whoare proficient in
traditional gels over apply the gel polish. If you arestill having lifting
issues over a traditional gel base, then I am notsure what is going on here. I
might try one more time with thatclient. Traditional gel base, remove the
dispersion layer, a quickwhite block buff to the whole nail then your UVGP
color layers VERYthin.

I'm having problems with my SoakOff Gels. I have several different kinds,
Shellac, Nailite's GIA andGelish.

I'm also using Brisa Traditional Gels with the same light and NOT havingany
problems with my traditional Gel clients.... so I'm ruling out mylight. UNLESS
one cures differently than the other and possibly the SOneeds a stronger light?
(just thinking outloud)

My Nailite GIA is lifting, apparently from the front (since the clientpeels the
whole thing off before I see it), occasionally from the side(maybe too close to
cuticle I would think). I was using the Gentle Primerbut clients said the WHOLE
piece would just peel off... so I went back toSomething Wonderful. but, I'm
still having lifting issues. The last timeI did this client I was really
careful about not getting too close to thecuticle and wrapping the front edge.
Actually, the one that just called Iput a base of traditional gel down and put
the S.O. over the top, leftthe dispersion layer and didn't prime it. She lasted
about a week. Priorto this she had been getting two weeks sometimes three. It
seems like Iwas having really good luck with the S.O. and now I'm almost afraid
toput it on anyone.

Any thoughts would be SO VERY helpful...
Roxanne
