Ok. I have two totally unrelated questions. 1) Who do you all use for
personal malpractice insurance for nails? I have to get this asap, but the
quote from my insurance agent is absolutely cost prohibitive. So am needing
to know what companies offer it and links, if possible. 2) The pedi chair
at the salon I rent at has developed issues, and the owners are not going to
fix it. They said I can fix it. (NOT) So. My next step is to
purchase/lease a chair asap. It's a long story, but I am poised to lose
some of my pedi clients if I go back to my belava. I've already had one
client tell me she will go elsewhere if I don't replace the chair.
Grrrrr...this makes me so angry, that the salon owner talked up this chair
to the point that people have to have it to feel like they are getting their
money's worth. To coin another tech's response to this somewhere on here
this week...the tech makes the pedi, not the chair. Amen sista! But it's
not easy converting them from this mindset. I can afford to take the hit of
a few leaving me, but who wants to lose clients??? So I'm open for
suggestions as to company/style. The current chair is a Lexor Versas. An
OLD Versas. My dream chair would have auto fill and auto sanitize, but I
know that's dreaming. I don't have a lot of money to put into this.
 Suggestions welcome! Thanks!
