Seriously, I simply cannot picture ANY one of my clients driving to Sally's, buying the whole shebang, and actually trying to do their own nails. That is not the clientelle I have cultivated over the years. And if they did get that crazy idea in their heads, well hey, I'm here to fix that mess when their done. LOL. All kidding aside though, I don't want the clients that would attempt that. I want the ones who work for a living, the professional teachers, nurses and business women who just can't be bothered with that. I don't even get upset anymore over Sally's cause it doesn't affect me. If you view it that way you may also see that it really doesn't affect you in the big picture of things :-)
