Love mine and I don't use the tipping feature. I just say "Your services today are $$, so $$ on your card?" The client then adds a gratuity to the total if they wish but some opt to tip in cash. No problems with this method what so ever and you don't have to deal with the tipping hold.
Costs 27 and a half cent per $10, which is a steal. This is the BEST system for small business owners IMHO that I have ever seen. Thank you to Becky for finding this gem for us!
