either way, when the new client comes in and rebooks (that was my
rule.. when they showed up for the second appointment, the referer
got the reward),, I would write on the back of a card..

Bonus Client - Susie
$ off, Free whatever
I might offer to allow them to gather the cards and use several at
once.. but maybe not., they might hit you on a bad week and you were
expecting that income to pay the electric bill..
So in that case I might add:
Bonus rewards may not be combined
OH so now thats a lot of writtting :) I would popover to Vistaprint
and get a batch of cards made up so you just have to fill in names..
now for the cards - you can either give them to the new client to
give to the bonus recipient or paperclip to your appointment book, or
make some kind of "tickler file" system.. I don't know how I would do
that if not using a paper appointment book.. I used to just move
forward to Susie's appointment and make a note there she got a
bonus.. Well I suppose you could do the same for the electronic
systems.. there should be a NOTES section there???
