Pam has a great idea. I had an open house party in the past and it worked
wonders. Another idea that might work: martini/manicure nights? One of the
beauty schools did that to get bodies for evening students to practise on.
One $15 ticket got someone a Martini and a manicure at a swanky new piano
bar in town. I am thinking of something similar for the salon, involving a
one night liquor permit for wine and selling tickets for a manicure/Merlot
and some goodies from a local chocolatier.
