I had a woman call me after her appointment to trek me she did not get a manicure with her gel manicure aka no chip aka whatever the term you use is. While she was here I told her I do a dry mani, did it and explained during. So, was she even listening? She came to me from a chop shop. Turns out they soak and that is what she wanted. What part of my schpeel did she not hear???????. I dropped her for another reason, but this was the start of her thorn in my side. When I called her and explained AGAIN,she said, next time I want a manicure with it. There was not a next time!!!!! MY DECISION.
