Im sorry for all Cosmos in IN. I am Class CA in Missouri and will be opening with an all inclusive license for my nail booth. Cutting corners isnt going to help the tax payers in the long run. If a non lisenced person melts your hair off what then? U sue them in court and spend your money or just say well darn it i guess i wont go to that person anymore. Where is the recourse? Do i even need a business license then? They will loose more money in the long run. A unlicensed person isnt going to put the effort into paying taxes and sales tax to a government that doesnt regulate them to begin with.
