If a client does this I explain that they have an appointment with me right now and I have another client arriving at the hour and if they want my best work they need to give me their hand and they cannot struggle with me the whole time or they will not get my best work. I ask them which do they want, to make that phone call or to have great looking nails? It's their money, what do they want for their money?
