My first thought was SCAM! And wouldn't that be a great way to bring in extra money? Look at small private websites, and tell the website owner that they have violated some copywrite law and now need to send in money!? It strikes me that $780 is an odd amount, and not enough money to cover the copywrite images. I say check it out first before you do anything! SCAM!
