I only soak okk like every 12 wks in between soak off i buff the gel to a thin layer and reapply the ECO then do a mani as my mom wants either gel polish or reguarl polish. We live an hr apart and sometimes she just takes the regular polish off with nobn acetone remover and repolishes herself if she cant make it up for a fill. I always make the overlay thin enough at the cuticle wear she doesnt need to buff in between fills.
