Yes it's gel polish - but not solvent based, it's Akzentz Options
color line or Luxio (I use both, they are both 100% gel, Luxio just is
the new line that soaks off in 10 minutes or less if I were to do a
natural nail service).

Diana uses a soak off gel for a base, I use a hard classic gel.  Gives
slightly different results, but similar idea.
