I do Becky! I use a small dot of glue to hold the gem in place and then I just use a gel topcoat around it. I started gluing first because if you set the gem in the uncured gel topcoat, it will move when they go to put their hand in the light. So, the gem you intended to be in the center of the nail ends up curing on the side at the end.
