Well Simmy I have ladies with some horrible looking big toe nails a girl came in with her big toe all disfigured yellow brown thick just horrible even had a whole right in the middle just insane she said she had a acrylic nail over this mess it fell off ok now the other toes were not involved just the one big one which I did not do anything to I directed her to a podiatrist I couldn't do it just did not appear safe to me plus I was just grossed out to be honest putting a nail on that no way filing down into it iiiiiiiiiii. Just did not feel comfortable God only knows what would have happened !!!!!! So Sim thoughts opinions. ??? This is not the first time seems more then not women have white patches toe nails coming off all sorts of conditions Simmy HELP ! Where are they contracting this can it be cured ??? What should I be doing here ????? Seems the pedi throne is where my money is at so I need ypur advice I am gaining so many clients due to the NSS services around here I had another girl with her big toe nail was so yellow and thick I could not believe my eyes !!!! If I cut it it may explode please help me I am sending up flares !!! Have you heard of the pin point laser ??? I am desperate Simmy !!!! I wanna advise these ladies correctly .
