Hi Teks, Just a reminder to remember to ask each and every client if they need gift certificates. Say something like," Don't forget, we have these awesome gift certificates for those hard to buy for people on your Christmas list!" "Do you need any gift certificates for gift exchanges?" "Would you like me to mail this for you?" They LOVE that I put my gift certificates in a Christmas card that is meant to hold a 4x6 picture. Instead of a picture, I slip the gift certificate in there and then fill it out to the recipient. They look SO nice! I always have a few made up ahead of time for quicker transactions. For those who ask about "gift certificate packages or specials" I include a paraffin treatment certificate with the one they buy. Paraffin treatments are a special treat, AND they are addictive! A nice way to win over a new client and let the current client feel like they have an added bonus when purchasing a gift certificate. Any other creative ideas to increase sales?
