I just received my lamp. One of the UV bulbs already went out? I'm not sure if it ever worked correctly. I noticed my gels were not curing right. I checked to make sure they were put in correctly and notice one wasn't working at all. I'm going to contact Star Nail today. Terri

I talked to the rep at the beauty supply and she said to shack the crap out of the bottle and turn it upside down while soaking the previous color off and or curing the base coat. and use super thin coats. Some colors might even need 3 coats. it seems to be helping but a couple nails on my right hand had problems (i think its because I"m right handed and applied it to thick). Also I noticed that 5 of the LED bulbs are out in the center of my lamp. I got the lamp in october I think and am pretty sure the bulbs should last longer than 3 months. considering I do mostly acrylic and only work 2 days a week. I have yet to contact star nail to see about replacement bulbs.
