I have been reading these post, and I have worked for myself for so long . I
don't take bs from others. So I have to say everything written has been very
good advice.

I have been asked to work in a local salon a which pays commission, and I am
not sure i would ever go back to working for someone else.

Good luck , you are a valued stylist and manicurist. Do not ever let anyone
treat you different!
