Thank you!!  I've been a successful tech for over 20 yrs.  I'm always willing 
to try new things and learn. Sometimes when I come across a difficult client I 
question my technique.  Wonder if I'm cutting corners.. Lately I've been 
thinking about my generic light and bulbs.  Glad to hear  I'm not alone in the 
way I do things!!  I do the same as you!!
