Hi Kelley! Congrats on your new venture!!! If you have your rent price per month, does this mean you have already found a location? Was it a salon already? That is always the most economical way togo, If not, work a build out allowance into your lease agreement. I suggest you put it all down on paper too. Your marketing plan is essential! It's your heartbeat that keeps everything pumping... Get your costs of doing business, together so you can understand exactly how much income that you need to generate to keep the doors open. So to rent a space1500$ a month ,build it out, insurance, back bar and retail ,advertising , utility's and cash in bank to make things go smoothly. I am also not sure how long it would take to set up, so you figure one month rent just to build?
