Thank you, Sheila It he space was a tanning salon, a very busy one ! But spouses had to liquidate because they went through a divorce. I know it will be busy there is only 2 small salons within 3 -4 miles and one is a training salon for there Traverse City salon, ( you cant work tc until you have trained there.) other than that hotel and condo heaven near the beach. I didn't know you could add build out into rent, that is great to know! Thank you again , I will be getting back to you I am sure .
