well I'm gonna add that I dont see the reasoning or purpose of this sandwiching but I will tell you that even 10 minutes is not enough to "wick off" the solvents in polish completely.. its never gonna really dry in there.. I;m no chemist but my warped brain says the solvents building up pressure in the AC sandwich and KABOOM!! hahaha I doubt that would happen, but seriously think about it.. time saver?? nah.. $$ saver?? doubt it..

I didnt think u could seal polish with acrylic but honestly I think removal would be the same amt of time as removal of gel polish. I use gel polish on my enhancement clients and e-file it off.

I thought she had colored acrylic but she explained to me exactly what the guy does and she specifically said he used OPI polish. And he apparently does this so she doesnt have to pay for gel polish.

Case in point. ... my mother told me her girl was doing gels on her. I asked her the procedure. Can you believe that she went to this place every two weeks for three years and she could not tell me the steps??????
She was going to a chop shop and after a game of twenty questions,  it dawned on my mother that she had chop shop MMA on her nails.
I bet your friend has SOG polish and is having the wool pulled over her eyes. OR she had MMA with gel polish.
