Yes see I knew I wasn't alone...but thanks for the suggestions. I charge extra but it's the ones that don't say something in advance that really get me bothered. Last Saturday the client removal took 35minutes and she was scheduled for a 30 min manicure. Ugh. I like the idea as a retail product they can watch tv and do it at home. Then I can do a light clean up removal which would not take that long. That would be ideal for me I will make up the lost revenue another way.
