These incidents shouldn’t be a thing to begin with, as “censorship” is not 
within the scope of an ISP’s responsibilities. Eyeball customers pay for access 
to the whole internet, not “the internet minus every CDN because ISP thinks 
it’s their responsibility to block websites they don’t want to allow”.
