I de-bloat my 1000/1000 with FQ_CODEL. It's worthwhile because even 1000/1000 can see RTT spikes of tens of milliseconds otherwise.
Bandwidth doesn't solve queuing and queuing doesn't solve bandwidth. They're both needed.
