I think this is a great idea... I'm with Brad, everyone over here is working off various snapshots, It would be nice to have an interm build...

It does seem about time. But from what I see for the next milestone release (.8), we aren't there yet.
Maybe a maintenance release would work. Like "0.7.9.*"?
