Not at all.  If you replace "Apache Software Foundation" with
something appropriate, that is.  You certainly cannot assign copyright
to the ASF without the ASF agreeing to it.

If you look at freshmeat or SourceForge, the number of projects using
the Apache Software license is rather big.
