This issue could be due to a known issue in rc1, can you please try rc2 and
get back to us asap ?

i am using win 2003 OS with .NET v1.1. i downloaded
the nant files and ran bin\nant from the top

<platform name="win32" default="net-1.0">
the build has failed. i have attached the error log
with this mail in text format.
