Summary: msi/msm passes wrong argument to cabarc

Initial Comment:
The msi/msm tasks pass the argument -p to cabarc.exe.
This stores the path names in the .cab file.

When trying to install the .msi file, I get an error:

Error 1334. The
file '_074AA9F5827E46D2A43CF52452847BFC' cannot be
installed because the file cannot be found in cabinet
file 'foo.cab'.

When I remove the -p it works.

(This happens with 0.84, but the current version still
passes the same argument)
