Category: None Group: None Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Submitted By: Eberhard Beilharz (eberhard) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: msi/msm passes wrong argument to cabarc Initial Comment: The msi/msm tasks pass the argument -p to cabarc.exe. This stores the path names in the .cab file. When trying to install the .msi file, I get an error: Error 1334. The file '_074AA9F5827E46D2A43CF52452847BFC' cannot be installed because the file cannot be found in cabinet file 'foo.cab'. When I remove the -p it works. (This happens with 0.84, but the current version still passes the same argument) ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: James Geurts (jgeurts) Date: 2004-03-12 21:45 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=473974 Since the files are not stored with their folder hierarchy, I removed the -p option from the cabarc process attributes. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=474851&aid=914481&group_id=54790 ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by: IBM Linux Tutorials Free Linux tutorial presented by Daniel Robbins, President and CEO of GenToo technologies.
