Hi. The attached file contains source code for a new task, mkiisfile.
Usage is similar to <mkiisdir>, but is instead for files.
This task is necessary in order to have an object available for manipulation via the ASDI based tasks. The expected location for <mkiisfile> is NantContrib\Tasks\Web\.
