-------- Original message -------- Subject: Ayat from the Holy Qur'an- (At-Tawbah- 9:60) & Hadith of the day From: Mohamad Najib <[email protected]> To: Mohamad Najib <[email protected]> CC: بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم<http://groups.yahoo.com/group/islamnor/join> إِنَّمَا الصَّدَقَاتُ لِلْفُقَرَاءِ وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَالْعَامِلِينَ عَلَيْهَا وَالْمُؤَلَّفَةِ قُلُوبُهُمْ وَفِي الرِّقَابِ وَالْغَارِمِينَ وَفِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ فَرِيضَةً مِنَ اللَّهِ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ <javascript:ShowAyah('arb','9','60')> (التوبة 60) لما ذكر تعالى اعتراض المنافقين الجهلة على النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ولمزهم إياه في قسم الصدقات(الزكاة) بين تعالى أنه هو الذي قسمها وبين حكمها وتولى أمرها بنفسه ولم يكل قسمها إلى أحد غيره فجزأها لهؤلاء المذكورين وأما الغارمون فهم أقسام فمنهم من تحمل حمالة أو ضمن دينا فلزمه فأجحف بماله أو غرم في أداء دينه أو في معصية ثم تاب فهؤلاء يدفع إليهم. ابن السبيل وهو المسافر المجتاز في بلد ليس معه شيء يستعين به على سفره فيعطى من الصدقات ما يكفيه إلى بلده وإن كان له مال وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال " ثلاثة حق على الله عونهم : الغازي في سبيل الله والمكاتب الذي يريد الأداء والناكح الذي يريد العفاف " As-Sadaqât (here it means Zakât ) are only for the Fuqarâ’ (poor), and Al-Masâkin [2]<http://www.qurancomplex.org/Quran/Targama/Targama.asp?nSora=9&l=eng&nAya=60#f2#f2> (the poor) and those employed to collect (the funds), and to attract the hearts of those who have been inclined (towards Islâm), and to free the captives, and for those in debt, and for Allâh’s Cause (i.e. for Mujahidûn - those fighting in a holy battle), and for the wayfarer (a traveller who is cut off from everything); a duty imposed by Allâh. And Allâh is All-Knower, All-Wise. (At-Tawbah 9:60) حدثنا قتيبة بن سعيد حدثنا المغيرة يعني الحزامي عن أبي الزناد عن الأعرج عن أبي هريرة أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال ليس المسكين بهذا الطواف الذي يطوف على الناس فترده اللقمة واللقمتان والتمرة والتمرتان قالوا فما المسكين يا رسول الله قال الذي لا يجد غنى يغنيه ولا يفطن له فيتصدق عليه ولا يسأل الناس شيئا أخرجه مسلم abu huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: The poor man (miskin) is not the one who goes round to the people and is dismissed with one or two morsels. and one or two dates. They (the Prophet's Companions) said: Messenger of Allah, then who is miskin? He said: He who does not get enough to satisfy him, and he is not considered so (as to elicit the attention of the benevolent people), so that charity way be given to him. and he does not beg anything from people.
