بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ
آمَنُوا وَهَاجَرُوا وَجَاهَدُوا بِأَمْوَالِهِمْ وَأَنْفُسِهِمْ فِي سَبِيلِ
اللَّهِ وَالَّذِينَ آوَوْا وَنَصَرُوا أُولَئِكَ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَاءُ بَعْضٍ
وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَلَمْ يُهَاجِرُوا مَا لَكُمْ مِنْ وَلايَتِهِمْ مِنْ شَيْءٍ
حَتَّى يُهَاجِرُوا وَإِنِ اسْتَنْصَرُوكُمْ
فِي
الدِّينِ
فَعَلَيْكُمُ النَّصْرُ إِلا عَلَى قَوْمٍ بَيْنَكُمْ
وَبَيْنَهُمْ مِيثَاقٌ وَاللَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ
(الأنفال 72)
ذكر تعالى أصناف المؤمنين وقسمهم إلى مهاجرين خرجوا من ديارهم وأموالهم وجاءوا
لنصر الله ورسوله وإقامة دينه وبذلوا أموالهم وأنفسهم في ذلك وإلى أنصار وهم
المسلمون من أهل المدينة إذ ذاك آووا إخوانهم المهاجرين في
منازلهم وواسوهم في أموالهم ونصروا الله ورسوله بالقتال معهم فهؤلاء " بعضهم
أولياء بعض " أي كل منهم أحق بالآخر من كل واحد ولهذا آخى رسول الله صلى الله عليه
وسلم بين المهاجرين والأنصار كل اثنين أخوان
وقوله " وإن استنصروكم في الدين فعليكم النصر " الآية يقول تعالى وإن استنصروكم
هؤلاء الأعراب الذين لم يهاجروا في قتال ديني على عدو لهم فانصروهم فإنه واجب
عليكم نصرهم لأنهم إخوانكم في الدين إلا أن يستنصروكم على
قوم من الكفار بينكم وبينهم ميثاق أي مهادنة إلى مدة فلا تخفروا ذمتكم ولا تنقضوا
أيمانكم مع الذين عاهدتم وهذا مروي عن ابن عباس رضي الله عنه .
Verily, those who believed, and emigrated and strove hard and fought with their
property and their lives in the Cause of Allâh as well as those who gave (them)
asylum and help,
- these are (all) allies to one another. And as to those who believed but did
not emigrate (to you O Muhammad
صلى الله عليه وسلم), you owe no duty of protection to them until they emigrate;
but if they seek your help in religion, it is your duty to help them except
against
a people with whom you have a treaty of mutual alliance; and Allâh is the
All-Seer of what you do. (Al-Anfal 7:72)
حدثنا سليمان بن حرب حدثنا شعبة عن عمرو
عن أبي وائل عن أبي موسى رضي الله عنه قال
جاء رجل إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فقال الرجل يقاتل
للمغنم والرجل يقاتل للذكر والرجل يقاتل ليرى مكانه فمن في سبيل
الله قال من قاتل لتكون كلمة الله هي العليا فهو في سبيل الله

Narrated Abu Musa: A man came to the Prophet and asked, "O Allah's Apostle!
What kind of fighting
is in Allah's cause? (I ask this), for some of us fight because of being
enraged and angry and some for the sake of his pride and haughtiness." The
Prophet raised his head (as the questioner was standing) and said, "He who
fights so that Allah's word (Islam)
should be superior, then he fights in Allah's cause." (Book
#3, Hadith
