Hello Nashorn team,

FYI, I have some in-progress changes to add Makefile support for tiered 
testing:

For the Nashorn repo, this look like it would involve adding a Makefile 
to nashorn/test (a clone of the jaxp makefile with s/jaxp/nashorn/g). In 
addition, there would be some additions to TEST.groups consistent with 
updates planned for other repos.
