Please note that Update 61 contains the text summarizing the debates of the first two weeks of the 10th session of the Working Group on the Draft Declaration, that was held from the 13th to 24th September 2004. At the begining of 2005, this text will be published in a printed version of the Update that will include the summaries of all three weeks of the 10th session. We take this opportunity to inform you that we have also posted on our website (http://www.docip.org/francais/DocGTCD.html) some useful documents for the third week of the Working Group on the Draft Declaration, which will meet from November 29th to December 3rd, 2004.
