sites were listed...I did not look as closely as
you and I feel bad for

to all. I've been on the list for awhile and have enjoyed the wonderful spirit
and shared respect here. Without much to say I usually just watch. This site
looks spectacular but when I followed a couple of the links I'm not sure about
what I found. All the federal government links are included and while I am as
offended and angry about their actions against all native peoples I can
understand why on a general information web site for all things Native
American they may be included. But when I went to the Great Sioux Nation of
South Dakota link and then to their vacation package guide both pages were
headed by a large banner with the carvings of the U.S. Presidents against the
sacred Black Hills, including a direct link to a full description of the
"monument" and below is the text & URL. My concern is that including
something like this on the site makes me wonder about the perspective, the
thoroughness and the heart of those running the entire site. These are exactly
the types of things that when done by the government are so awful. Why on a
Native run site?
If I am wrong or offend anyone I do not intend to, I
am only trying to understand.
