Dear Mr. Gerry Phillips-MPP, I am incensed by the lack of treatment in the first place dealing with the land issue in 1995. It was common knowledge that something was going to happen. I did not see you, nor hear you speaking out like you do now. And as you say you are "incensed" by the treatment Mr. Sam George has been receiving from the Government Lawyers, you totally ignore the situation surrounding the lack of an ambulance for my brother Dudley George, and the subsequent attempted murder charges laid against Carolyn George and myself, Pierre George. But now, really, do you really want a public inquiry? Because, as I stated before, it would expose the entire OPP involvement. I also believe or know for a fact, that the OPP are your security force at Queens Park. So, are you really, honestly and truly wanting a public inquiry? I think you are just full of hot air! But as time will show, you will deflate yourself. As for urging Ernie Eves to take a "very close personal look at this matter", does it not really boil down to the only person who can call an inquiry is the premier? And if so, why did you even bother to try and introduce a bill to push for a public inquiry? That seems like a waste of time and money to me, and at the same time, make yourself look good. And from the testimony of Mr. Zarudny stating "While governments don't bargain with terrorists, and I'm not here to BARGAIN with the plaintiffs today". Who was the other plaintiffs in the courtroom, being as the lawyer statement clearly says plaintiffs (plural). And also, I am not part of the lawsuit, and Sam has no right to say, "my family", because I do not support this fraudulent lawsuit. Fraudulent in the manner that Sam used my name in the Statement of Claim, to try and claim $1 Million plus in my name. Dudley's estate was also closed on September 24, 1997 and the position of Administrator of his estate was also closed at that time. What goes around, comes around states the Natural Laws. In Truth and Justice, In the spirit of, and for Dudley, Pierre George A part of section 13 in Sam's response to the lawyers statement, "...However, after being so deeply insulted, denigrated, and offended, I would not feel comfortable returning to be cross-examined by the Provincial Crown Defendants' lawyers (especially Mr. Zarudny), and going through all of the trouble, expense, and stress which that would involve." "14. In any case, I understand that Mr. Zarudny was about an hour away from completing his discovery of me when it was adjourned on January 9, 2002." WHERE IS SAM'S RESOLVE TO STAND UP AND FIGHT FOR WHAT IS RIGHT?? Dudley didn't run! Just imagine, living your life branded as a "terrorist" by a Provincial Government Lawyer, and not being warned by your own brother or his lawyer. Pierre George (from Jan 9th to July 6th, 2002)
It's just like I've alway said, Sam is making a deal, or in this case a "BARGAIN" behind closed doors. Pretty good theatrics on the part of Murray Klippenstein to walk out of the courtroom.
