Graphic Designer. The National Indian Education Association (NIEA) has a part-time contractual position for a graphic designer. Duties include development, preparation and publication of promotional materials, marketing media, and informational materials. Will design materials and graphics for NIEA's Annual Report, brochures, etc. and is responsible for the design and completion of production for the NIEA Convention program and associated tasks. The Convention Program must be completed by October 15, 2002 and is typically a 100-page project with 4-color design on the cover page, including program ads
This position will consist of about 75% print media design and production and about 25% of content publishing and editing. The qualified candidate will have a minimum of five years design experience and must have demonstrated proficiency in computer graphics programs and an advanced knowledge of current publishing methods.
