IDRS is seeking a creative proactive Youth Training Specialist to organize and conduct Youth Leadership and Peacemaking training workshops and a Summer Encampment for Indian youth. Must work well with others, have good oral and written communication skills, have experience working in Indian communities, and with youth as a trainer/mentor, and possess curriculum development, organizing, organization and public speaking experience. Must be able to work on weekends as needed. Computer skills. B.A./B.S. in related fields; 3 years experience; teaching credential A+. Excellent benefits. Salary Range $32,000-$37,000.
