deb three feathers, Thanks for the welcome. Mescalero is in New Mexico and the Mescalero and Chiricahua Apache share the reservation. The others are in Arizona, except for the Jicarilla Apache which are in North Central New Mexico. It is a shame that people are ashamed of thier heritage. They are living out of balance. It sounds to me she is living out of balance, which is the cause of her anger.
She may have been treated badly when she was young, and unfortunately you cannot walk in her shoes. All we can do is pray to Creator for healing for her.
