Open Letter to Biq Mountain Supporters
As a long standing member of various Native American
Communities, and as a veteran of numerous actions on behalf of
the communities in which I have lived, I am deeply concerned by
the amount of conflict which currently surrounding supportera of
Big Mountain. The time is coming near for evictions and forced
relocations. The real enemy, however, is not the BIA, or peabody
at this time. The real enemy is among our own ranks.

The letter referred to by the BigMountain list and Mr LaPointe was posted
on Native News Vol2 Issue #2 on the 22nd as "unverified"...
I would like to extend my apologies to the resistors at Big Mountain for
any problems this may have created. As a rule, I do not post
unsubstantiated news...or post as in the case below as "unverified"..in
either case that which serves to divide us is most definitely
counterproductive..
