Get error when adding IP device "Gw router - layer 3 device"

I too am getting this error and so I tried to do the bulk add and get the
following.

          HYPERLINK "https://goozzy.ctcweb.net/images/lys/yellow.png";
        2
        McCall Closet:66.232.X.X:CTC:GW:ro:*******
RO given, but failed to contact IP device by SNMP (IP devices of
this category are required to answer).

        3
        CAM CO:66.232.X.X:CTC:GW:ro:*******
RO given, but failed to contact IP device by SNMP (IP devices of
this category are required to answer).

My NAV box has a 10.7.x.x addy behind an Astaro Linux firewall and that is
doing the NAT translation. I have used Zenoss in this same network setup
and not had a problem with SNMP but I found it too hard to configure so am
trying NAV. I even tried opening up all ports so no traffic coming back
would be blocked.

I see the SNMP traffic leave my NAV box and go across through the firewall.

I can telnet from my NAV box to the router. I can do a snmpwalk to that
router from the NAV box so I know it can see it and get SNMP traffic back
through the firewall.

I followed the instructions for installation on HYPERLINK
"http://metanav.ntnu.no/moin.cgi/InstallingOnRHEL4"http://metanav.ntnu.no/mo
in.cgi/InstallingOnRHEL4 - VERY NICE BTW!

It would be nice to be able to add devices with the autodiscovery but I am
not sure it would work since I don't seem to be getting SNMP response from
the routers. They were sending it to Zenoss so I am really confused.

Thanks for any help I can get on overcoming this issue.
