Can you make please a quick check:
when you run [1] the installation says at the end:
You can now run plain NaviServer by typing the following command:
sudo /usr/local/ns/bin/nsd -f -u nsadmin -g nsadmin -t
/usr/local/ns/conf/nsd-config.tcl
When you start this instance of naviserver, does it work?
If you, we know the libraries on your machine are fine, the problem is
either your installation process or the used configuration file.
