As for stable Ive found that running navit from the desktop icon causes it to drop dead and exit from seconds to some minutes later. If I run it in a user terminal as "unset=LC_ALL navit" it runs fine. Can someone suggest whats wrong with the standard n900 desktop file? I agree it eventually ran well on the moko - but for me it took extensive fiddling to get it to do so and I am not sure what I did to get it that way in the end ...
