The attributes of the osm way are

highway=path;
sac_scale=hiking;
mtb:scale=0;
[...]

The attributes inside navit are

Elementtyp: hiking
osm_wayid: number X

and

Elementtyp: pmtb_scale0
osm_wayid: number X (same as above)

Additionally, I noticed, that even hiking and pmtb_scale0 are repeating many 
times.

Any explanation, how that is supposed to work is welcom.
