The Nebula is somewhat of a "strange" project since most widgets are owned and maintained by their individual contributors.
The process if electing Angelo was done as follows: We have opened bugs for the pending contributions. Then we asked all committers to take a look and comment on the widgets, and they did Then I drafted the nomination and we voted Angelo in. Did I miss something in this process?
