According to the web page for the Gallery widget (http://www.eclipse.org/nebula/widgets/gallery/gallery.php, linked from the main Nebula page), the latest release version is v0.5.4_R_0_20110516. However, if I go to the main Nebula downloads page, the "snapshot" repository has a version number of 0.5.3.201305101602. Notice the lower version number (but later date). My guess is that the so-called "latest" version (v0.5.4_R_0_20110516) was not published by building from the standard Eclipse git repository, but instead someone build and published it from a personal copy of the repository, where they had edited the version number, and maybe other things. Does anyone know what happened here? Any there other changes in the "0.5.4" version that were never pushed to the "official" repository where the snapshot is published from?
