[Neko] nekovm apache2

I dont seem to be able to get apache2 setup with instructions here:

What is the difference needed for Apache2

Also
From the command line: if I use
nekovm neko --help
I get
nekovm is not recognized...(I do have NEKOPATH = to installation of HAXE)

neko --help
gives me
module not found.
