How complicated you are !
Just roll the mast back on its stern roller.
Have somebody down, taking and pulling the mast top.
When the foot is close to the roller, tie a long enough bit of rope to that
foot.
Also tie the rope short enough to roller bearing.
Push back the mast out of roller ; then it will be held by the rope and by
your aid aground.
Gently loosen the rope and ask your aid to pull mast top hard so as to clear
the mast foot from boat stern while the mast is getting down.
Go on until the mast rests unto the two threstles I have forgotten to tell
you and provide.
If you are not sure about hitting stern with mast foot, you may add a ladder
both as a protection and as a step by step rest.
