They say there's a man exposing himself to women at an apartment complex. It seems the man knocks on the door and when a woman answers, he claims to have been locked out of his apartment without his pants and asks to use the phone. Police say the story is just a scam to get inside the women's apartments. The latest incident took place Monday night, but police say the flasher has been exposing himself for about a year. A police crisis counselor said the guy apparently gets a kick out of manipulating women. Well, maybe he needs a kick somewhere else to put him in line. : : : : : : : : : : EDITOR'S NOTE : : : : : : : : : : Make sure our e-mails get to your inbox -- just add [EMAIL PROTECTED] to your address book! : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : ----------------------------SPONSOR----------------------------- Win a Beetle Convertible Someone will win a brand new VW Beetle Convertible or $50,000 in this quarterly sweeps.
