Doran:
Having worked for 4 years in the Gulf of Mexico on a seismic boat, I have
learned that after October the cold fronts with their North Winds can make
the Gulf a nasty place for someone in a 30' boat. I remember coming into
Galveston on a 150' work boat the first week of January 1979 with 8" of ice
on the bow. Yea, Galveston. Put that little boat on a truck and ship it to
Texas this time of year.
